Edward Foxon

Edward joined Vitruvian in 2021 and holds the positions of Chief Compliance Officer (UK Senior Manager Function 16) and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (UK Senior Manager Function 17), alongside his role as Senior Legal Counsel.

Prior to Vitruvian, Edward was an associate with Kirkland & Ellis in London, having completed his legal training at Freshfields. His private practice focused on M&A and regulatory advisory work for financial institutions, including private equity sponsors. He holds an M.A. (Double First Class) in History from the University of Cambridge.
