Tassilo joined Vitruvian as a Partner in 2024. His main area of focus is Financial Services.

Prior to Vitruvian, Tassilo was Co-Managing Partner at AnaCap Financial Partners, focusing on mid-market buyout and growth buyout investments throughout Europe in sectors including Financial Services, Technology, and related Business Services. 

Prior to AnaCap, Tassilo led the Principal Investments and Corporate Development Group of Willis Capital Markets in London and was a member of the Financial Institutions M&A Group at Barclays Capital. Tassilo holds an MSc in Economics and Management from German Sport University Cologne and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
