Afonso joined Vitruvian in 2024 and works as a Vice President in the Value Add Team.

Prior to Vitruvian, Afonso was an Engagement Manager at Kearney. Afonso holds a BA (Hons) in Economics and Political Science, as well as an MBA from the London Business School.
