Decision process

We are a small team of senior dealmakers, focused only on making great investments and on active, decisive management of the investment process.

Our in-house Investment Committee makes all our investment decisions. The Investment Committee is comprised solely of the firm’s Partners. It meets weekly, or more often if required by any specific deal situation.

Our practice of senior review of each opportunity very early in the process means that we triage deals early and quickly. We only do significant work on deals which have a very high probability of Investment Committee approval.

Our investment decisions are based on deep analysis, and are focused by experience. Our best deals are struck quickly and decisively with completion successfully achieved through pro-active and efficient management of the deal process.
