We work with entrepreneurs and management teams in order to realise the full potential of the businesses we invest in.

We are committed to responsible and sustainable investment principles, and ‘Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance’ issues and considerations underpin our investment approach. We are also a signatory of the UN-supported Principles of Responsible Investment.

Our supply chain primarily consists of professional advisers and office service providers; however, we remain committed to ensuring effective systems and controls are in place to ensure slavery and human trafficking does not occur in our business or our supply chains.

To achieve this, we are committed to identifying actual and potential risk areas in our supply chain, mitigating such risks, and protecting whistle blowers.
